their customer service is a 10! they will definitely make sure you get your unit. it was shipped within 3 DAAAYS TUH. she’s cute isn’t she! i fell in love when i saw her, especially after i plucked the lace and bleached the knots. very soft and bouncy i love it, but my only issue is that it does shed. not a bad shed, but something to take note on if you don’t like that. will def be purchasing again

Everything about this purchase was amazing!!!! The shipment and communication went smooth. Shipments made it on time. The hair is amazingly soft!! I have not installed my unit yet but I know that I will not be disappointed because this whole experience was nothing short of THE BEST!! I will do another review with plenty of pics. Oh yeah let me not forget it also came with hair caps and a hair band. And was also packaged so nicely and came in a nice pink satin bag.

First things first. I LOVE THIS HAIR. This is my first time ordering from this company and everything went smoothly. I ordered on Nov 27 and received it Dec 3. There was no weird smell and it came with really nice lashes. The closure doesnt come pre-plucked or bleached, but after I did it myself the lace was still intact. Its true to length and nice and full, especially with layers and curls put in. When I say it doesnt tangle I meant it, like ever. And of course theres some shedding but its very minimal. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
